At Quorvanis ("we", "our") we value the privacy of the people who visit quorvanis.com. This policy describes what data we collect, for what purposes we use it and what rights you have over your personal information under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide us through the newsletter form: name and email address. In addition, we may collect anonymous technical browsing data, such as truncated IP address, device type, operating system and pages visited, for statistical purposes.
3. Purposes of the processing
We use your data to send you informational communications about real estate crowdlending in Argentina, analysis of the local market and news about the sector. We do not market financial products and we do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, which you provide when completing the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email or by writing to privacidad@quorvanis.com.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data as long as your newsletter subscription remains active. If you request to unsubscribe, we delete your information within thirty (30) calendar days of the request.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data, as well as object to certain processing, by writing to privacidad@quorvanis.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for personal data protection complaints in Argentina.
7. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration. The servers where the data is hosted have encryption in transit (TLS) and restricted access controls.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
